Cindy’s expertise and enthusiasm for strategy and change management is evident in her client engagement activities. Having past experience in general management as well as strategic planning and managing change ensures Cindy has a pragmatic approach whether consulting or facilitating workshops. The ability to relate best practise theory to the day- to- day realities of business is a key strength. Cindy is well known as having a good sense of humour and a strong commitment to her clients.

Cindy has a breadth of industry experience spanning the health sector, the steel industry (Fletcher Building), the airline industry, and the telecommunication industry (Vodafone NZ Ltd). As Director of Strategic People Management Limited and Cerito Limited for the last 17 years, Cindy has delivered leadership, team and change workshops for a variety of companies including Genesis Energy, Vero Insurance, Vodafone NZ , Roadshow Distributors (NZ) Ltd, TVNZ, and the New Zealand Institute of Management. Cindy also provides individual coaching and mentoring for middle and senior management including CEO and Director levels. She facilitates business planning workshops including strategic planning.

Cindy holds a Master of Management degree focussed on strategy, leadership and change from Massey University, New Zealand. Her current educational focus is systems thinking as related to change management and strategic planning.
